Public schools and districts pay a flat price per school, with unlimited staff in each school, so adding staff never raises your cost. School counts are based on federal NCES data. Educational service agencies and private, charter, and independent schools are priced by employee and student count. Onboarding is free and there are no setup fees.

Can We Buy Through Our Reseller or With a PO?

Yes. Most schools buy Tartan App through resellers they already use.

Can Tartan App Train Students as Well as Staff?

Yes. Tartan App offers phishing simulations and video training for students of all ages, alongside staff. Many schools start with staff and add students later.

Do You Offer Multi-Year Discounts?

Yes. A 3-year term saves 5% and a 5-year term saves 10%, and both lock in your price for the full term. Annual terms are also available.

How Long Does Setup Take?

Does Tartan App Work With Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?

Do We Need to Allowlist Tartan App in Our Email Filters?

Usually not. Tartan App can deliver simulations directly to inboxes through Google Direct Message Injection (DMI) or a Microsoft Advanced Delivery Policy, so simulations are not caught by spam filters. Domain allowlisting is also available.
