Whitelisting Instructions for Google Workspace
Follow these steps to ensure Tartan App's phishing simulation emails are delivered properly to your users.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Google Admin console
Access your Google Admin console at admin.google.com
- Navigate to Gmail spam settings
Go to: "Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, phishing, and malware" (Direct Link)
- Configure spam settings
Under Spam, click Configure (or edit an existing configuration).
- Add description (if creating new)
If creating a new configuration, add a short description in the field under the "Spam" header.
- Create or edit domain list
Click Create or edit list under the "Bypass spam filters and hide warnings for messages from senders or domains in selected lists." checkbox.
- Add Tartan App domains
Add these domains to your whitelist:
- employeverifcation-systemk12.com
- glooglonline.net
- school-accounting.com
- schoolsecrityalert.com
- school-usd.com
- ta-pasword-reset.com
- educational-serice.net
- app-gmial.com
- acount-secre-logink12.com
- tartan-training.app
- Save the domain list
Click Save at the bottom of the domain list.
- Enable bypass setting
Navigate back to the modal with the "Bypass spam filters and hide warnings for messages from senders or domains in selected lists." checkbox.
- Complete configuration
Select the checkbox and click Save to complete the configuration.
Important Note
These domains are specifically designed for phishing simulation training. Whitelisting them ensures that your staff and students receive the training emails as intended, allowing for effective cybersecurity awareness testing.
